Gift Card & Coupon Terms
Last updated
In short
- Gift cards and coupons unlock a plan for a set period; they have no cash value.
- Codes must be redeemed before their expiry date and can be used once.
This summary is for convenience; the full text below is what applies.
1. Gift cards
- A Selectvia gift card gives the account that redeems it a specific plan for the number of days stated on the card.
- Each gift card can be redeemed once, by one account, before its expiry date. Unredeemed cards expire automatically on that date.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold or combined with other gift cards for the same period, except where required by law.
- We may revoke a gift card obtained through fraud, error or a breach of these terms.
- Keep your code private. We're not responsible for codes lost, stolen or used without your permission.
2. Coupon codes
- Coupons unlock a plan or discount as described when issued, and may have a usage limit, an expiry date and eligibility conditions (for example, new customers only).
- One coupon can be applied per subscription unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
- We may end or change a promotion at any time, without affecting codes already redeemed.
3. Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to reuse promotions, or trading codes, may lead to the promotion being reversed and the accounts being suspended.
