In short

  • Selectvia gives you a hosted catalogue that links shoppers to the marketplaces you sell on.
  • You own your content; you're responsible for it being accurate and lawful.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you keep access until the period ends.
  • Sales happen on the marketplaces, not on Selectvia. We're not a party to them.

This summary is for convenience; the full text below is what applies.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Selectvia ("Selectvia", "we", "us") for use of selectvia.com, its dashboard, catalogues and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Tell us immediately at support@selectvia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Catalogue links (selectvia.com/your-name) are first come, first served. We may reclaim links that are reserved, misleading, infringe a trademark or remain inactive for an extended period.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and links you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Selectvia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, display and distribute Your Content solely to operate, promote and improve the Service, including showing your public catalogue in our marketplace directory. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time.

You confirm that you have all rights needed for Your Content, that product information and prices are accurate, and that Your Content complies with applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and marketplace policies.

Selectvia is a catalogue and link service. Purchases are completed on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and others. We are not a seller, marketplace or payment intermediary for those purchases, and we are not responsible for product quality, delivery, returns, pricing or disputes between sellers and buyers. Prices shown may be fetched automatically and can differ from the live marketplace price; the marketplace price prevails.

Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a product can be bought. Selectvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

  • The Free plan is free. Paid plans (such as Pro and Premium) are billed in advance monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our Pricing page, inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges (including UPI AutoPay or card e-mandates, as per RBI rules) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel autopay at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then moves to Free; we don't charge cancellation fees.
  • If a renewal fails, we may retry and give a short grace period before downgrading. Data above Free-plan limits is kept but may be hidden until you upgrade.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • Coupons and gift cards are subject to the terms shown when issued, have no cash value and can't be transferred unless stated.
  • Full billing rules are in our Subscription & Billing Terms; promotional credits are covered by our Gift Card & Coupon Terms; refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, Seller Guidelines and Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy. In short, don't use Selectvia for anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, harmful or abusive, and don't try to break or overload the Service.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, themes and the Selectvia name and logo, belongs to Selectvia and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they don't transfer any ownership. Feedback you send may be used without obligation to you.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a lawful order (including takedown notices under the IT Rules, 2021), or to protect the Service or others. Where reasonable we'll give notice and a chance to fix the issue first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Selectvia fast and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a core paid feature we'll give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata credit.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Analytics are estimates and may exclude bots or visitors who block scripts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selectvia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you are on the Free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Selectvia against third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your products or sales, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll first try to resolve any dispute informally through our grievance process. Failing that, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the changes.
